Track and trace your jobs!

To track progress, you need to be able to clearly identify individual jobs and attach progress flags to them. These flags also need to be easily updated as each progress milestone is achieved.

A good track and trace system allows you to better monitor what is happening and catch problems earlier. Without proper information monitoring, you’re ‘running blind’ with your business, leading to unpredictable performance and little chance of quality control.
